The ritter all-purpose slicer type AES 52 with folding lock makes it particularly easy to process a wide variety of foods. Thanks to its compact design, the appliance takes up very little space and is suitable for installation in drawers from a cabinet width of 300 mm. One of the main plus points is the ease of use, as the multi-slicer can be folded up in a single movement. It can be removed and reinstalled just as quickly without tools for cleaning purposes. The basic equipment includes a powerful and energy-saving motor. A switch allows you to choose between safety, continuous and short operation for up to 5 minutes. The circular blade with polished cutting edge and serrated edge is characterised by its excellent cutting performance up to a thickness of approx. 14 mm. An optional serrated slicing blade is also available. Made of metal, the slicer impresses with its long-lasting properties, whereby the quality claim is emphasised by a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee.
