Product number:
7012050
Product information "Naber 7012050 Energy Box 2 m cable length each"
Description of the
Energy box, 2 m cable length each
The energy box with an input voltage of 400 V and a maximum current of 20 A is assembled ready for installation. It measures 102 x 105 x 27 mm (H x W x L) and is made of self-extinguishing plastic in accordance with UL 94 (FR). The material will stop burning as soon as the power distributor is disconnected from the ignition source. The housing is screwed and sealed to prevent unauthorised access. Assigned to protection class IP20, the box is not suitable for installation in damp rooms. The output voltage for the 4-pole connection of the power splitter is 400 V, for the 2-pole connection for the normal connection it is 230 V. During installation, the total connected load of the cooker socket should also be taken into account so that it is not exceeded by the connected loads. If an induction hob with pre-assembled cables is used, the 4-pin plug of the energy box must be attached to these and reinserted.
Technical data
- Input voltage 400 V
- Output voltage 4-pole (2-phase) 400 V
- Output voltage 3-pole (1-phase) 230 V
- Current max. 20 A
- Tested in accordance with IEC 60670-1 (DIN EN 60670-1), IEC 60670-22 (DIN EN 60670-22) and IEC 61535 (DIN EN 61535)
- Material: Self-extinguishing in accordance with UL 94 (FR). In the event of fire, this plastic will stop burning within a short time after removal of the ignition source (self-extinguishing).
- Structure: the housing is screwed together and must not be opened by unauthorised persons
- Dimensions of the box: 102 x 105 x 27 mm (H x W x L)
- Protection class for the entire product IP20
- Material: plastic
Calculation of the connected load of the energy box:
- Total connected load cooker socket: 11 KW (with symmetrical distribution)
- Hob power (4-pin connection): max. 7360 W (2-phase)
- Oven power (3-pin connection): max. 3680 W (1-phase)
For safety reasons, it is not permittedto use a table socket to connect several current collectors via the bowl coupling.
If a cable is already permanently connected to the induction hob, this should always be used. In this case, the 4-pin plug must be detached from the pre-assembled cable of the energy box and attached to the existing cable of the induction hob.
