Product information "Naber 7051002, Window contact switch for hob ventilators"
Description
Window contact switch for hob ventilators, white, with external antenna
The COMPAIR® window contact switch for trough ventilators only allows the exhaust air system to be used when the window is tilted or fully open. To determine this status, the two-part contact switch is attached to the window frame and the window sash. The built-in receiver integrated via the fan motor supply line receives the relevant information wirelessly by radio signal. As the electrical system of the hob ventilator or extractor bonnet is interfered with, the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer should be taken into account before use. An external aerial can be used to overcome difficult reception conditions in the kitchen, for example when installed under a stainless steel cover. The complete package includes the batteries required for operation, including battery monitoring. More safety is provided by the integrated radio range monitoring. In the case of a hob fan with BLDC motor, the radio exhaust air control can be integrated separately via the third phase, as the required connection is often already available.
Safety switches with wirelessradio transmission via an external aerial for use in difficult reception conditions, e.g. when installed behind stainless steel panelling or a furniture body. Installation in the extractor system is carried out via the connection to the fan motor supply line (motor supply line)
ATTENTION: The electrical system of the extractor system must be accessed for this!
Observe the guarantee/warranty conditions of the bonnet manufacturer.
Complete system with transmitter and receiver, incl. installation material and batteries (long service life, low energy consumption).
- Switching capacity up to 1150 W (5 A)
- Radio link monitoring
- Battery monitoring
- Relay contact 5 A NO contact (potential-free)
- Installation in extractor bonnet (motor supply line)
- Tested in accordance with EU Directives 2014/53/EU (RED), 2014/35/EU and 2014/30/EU
- When installed in a conventional extractor bonnet, the lighting can also be switched on when the fan motor is switched off.
Note on use in combination with BLDC motors:
Some extractor bonnets, hob ventilators and ventilation systems have a so-called BLDC motor. This can be switched separately when using the third phase (phases one and two are used for the hob). A corresponding connection is often already provided by the appliance industry - and can be used for the wireless radio switch.
We recommend 7051001 for the classic single-phase AC motor.
